Bechtel
Bechtel, whose corporate office is located in San Francisco, is the world’s premier engineering, construction, and project management company. Bechtel has completed over 20,000 projects worldwide, ranging from building the Hoover Dam in the 1930s to leading the Kuwait reconstruction in the 1990s. Bechtel has completed over 150 major environmental assignments, many at DOE sites such as Savannah River Plant, Hanford, and Yucca Mountain, and has cleaned up over 500 hazardous waste sites. Bechtel also has worked extensively on water and wastewater projects, including building treatment and desalinization facilities, aqueducts, and reservoirs.

National Marine Fisheries
NOAA is dedicated to protecting and preserving the nation's living marine resources through scientific research, fisheries management, enforcement and habitat conservation. NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries) is the lead federal agency responsible for the stewardship of the nation's offshore living marine resources and their habitat. NOAA Fisheries manages, conserves and protects fish, whales, dolphins, sea turtles and other living creatures in the ocean.
